What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately
  • Run service calls and replace parts as needed
  • Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and system upgrades
  • Clearly document and communicate service details for seamless follow-up
  • Lead and support the HVAC team in maintaining service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 2+ years of HVAC Supervisor experience

✔️ HVAC Sales experience.
✔️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔️ EPA Certification and/or HVAC Trade School Certification
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Flexible availability
