What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
- Ensure technicians are routed efficiently and arrive on time
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
- Support the sales team with administrative coordination and follow-ups
- Contribute to sales growth through upselling, lead management, and customer engagement
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination and dispatching (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with phone systems and scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
