HVAC Service Manager

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Bassett Services Midwest is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated installation team. Our Install Managers are paid an average annual salary of $60,000 - $90,000 plus potential for bonus.

Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 plus bonus potential

What YOU will do:

• Encouraging and coaching of install team members in customer service and technical training
• Manage install schedule and allocation of resources in day-to-day operations
• Ensure correct equipment has been ordered, received, and staged for each install
• Support in the review and hiring of install candidates
• Reporting of team and install performance
• Quality control and inspection of install jobs
• Handling customer satisfaction requests

What YOU will bring:

• Minimum of 5+ years of Install experience
• 2+ year of management experience within HVAC industry is preferred
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• Willingness to work select Saturdays as needed
• Desire to coach and train installers to be top performers
• Valid drivers’ license
• Pass background check and drug test
