What You’ll Do

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability
  • Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and represent the Bassett brand with professionalism
  • Schedule appointments using right tech/right call guidelines
  • Enter customer and call information accurately into our system
  • Receive and document emergency and nonemergency calls
  • Monitor field technicians to ensure efficient routing and time management
  • Support the team with clear communication and strong followthrough

What You Need

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Clear communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability for weekends and evenings 
  • Successful completion of assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
