What You’ll Do
You’ll be the central hub that keeps our field running smoothly:
- Receive and document emergency & non‑emergency calls
- Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset
- Monitor field technicians and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency
- Schedule appointments using right tech / right call guidelines
- Enter accurate customer and call information into our system
- Communicate clearly with techs, customers, and leadership
- Support a fast‑moving service department with professionalism and confidence

What You Bring
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience
- Bonus: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch
- Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan
- Strong attention to detail
- A team‑first attitude

- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
